Hey everyone in the community! 👋
I wanted to share something really personal today because this journey has been a rollercoaster, and talking about it helps. For those who don’t know, my sweet mare has been battling a tough case of laminitis for months now. It’s been grueling – the vet visits, the constant monitoring, the meds, and watching her struggle through the pain. There are highs, like those days when she takes a few steady steps and I see a spark in her eyes, but the lows hit hard too: setbacks, sleepless nights worrying, and that emotional drain of not knowing if she’ll fully bounce back.
Through it all, my absolute best friend, Ribby the pot belly pig, has been my rock. 🐷❤️ This little girl (okay, not so little at 125lbs!) waddles into my room every morning with her goofy snorts and demands for belly rubs, reminding me to pause and smile. On the tough days, when I’m exhausted from hoof wraps and ice boots, Ribby curls up nearby, just being her chill self, and it’s like she knows I need that quiet companionship. She’s got this way of making everything lighter – chasing butterflies, rooting around for treats, or even “helping” by knocking over things (thanks, buddy 😂). Without her, I don’t know how I’d keep pushing through the frustration and hope.
Animals have this incredible power to heal us, right? Ribby’s unwavering joy keeps me grounded and motivated to fight for my mare’s recovery. If you’re going through something similar with your fur (or hoofed) babies, drop a comment below – what’s your story? How do your pets lift you up? Let’s support each other! 💕
Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for updates on her progress. Hugs from the farm!

🐾🚗 Weekend Update! 🚗🐾
Hey everyone! I took a little break from hanging out with the critters this weekend and traded muddy paws for squealing tires 🙈💨. That’s right — I got behind the wheel and did some car racing! 🏎️✨
Don’t worry, the pigs, pups, and ponies are still the stars of the channel 🐷🐶🐴 — but every now and then I like to mix things up with a little adrenaline. Can’t wait to share the racing video with you all soon!
👉 What do you think — should I post more “fast & furry lane” moments alongside the cute critter content?
