Since our little hedgehog has now become a regular, I have been in the back of the shed and dug out my homemade hedgehog feeding station, and set it back up. Let’s see how long it takes for Hedgie to sniff out the delicious meaty treat waiting inside!

The best news!!! Our fox who was not bearing any weight on her back leg has started to use it again. Not all the time, but it’s a massive step forward after not being able to use it at all!
I’ll continue putting out a sweet biscuit with a couple of arnica tablets in it each night, as that hopefully helps with pain and inflammation while not being dangerous to her or any other wildlife. What a relief it was to see her using it, and I know many of you were as worried about her as I was, so I wanted to share the good news as quickly as possible. Video to follow soon ❤️
Night two of my fridge freezer being broken and the foxes are going to enjoy a big pile of M&S wafer thin cooked chicken and a couple of folded up cheese slices in addition to their usual menu items ❤️
It’s another very hot day here in Yorkshire and I have just been outside emptying and refilling the bird baths with fresh, clean water. I have bird baths at ground level and raised, so that all birds and wildlife can enjoy a drink.
Please remember to put out a drink of water for the birds and wildlife in your garden if you can

I want to take a moment to thank my neighbour Maddie, for her incredibly kind donation of food to nourish the foxes and hedgehogs in my garden.
As we share these meals with our wild visitors, we also remember and honor her beloved dog, Badger, who crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday.
Badger, your gentle spirit can now run free for eternity. Rest in peace, sweet little boy 🌈❤️
