Happy New Year to my amazing YouTube family!

I've really enjoyed some time away from the channel to reflect on what I really want from it. I don't want to give up on it entirely. I've worked too hard to get to where I'm at. I know the bulk of my content has been Animal Crossing up to this point. I'm not totally giving up on the game, but it just doesn't peak my interest like it used to. I'm hoping the new update will bring some spark back to the game for me and I can start putting out some more content for it.

In the meantime, I've decided to start a new Dinkum island. I know I never actually finished the last one I started. I tried going back into it and just couldn't do it. So I decided it was a new year and a new island was in order. I'm going to try and adjust the videos a little so they're not so long but you still get the full experience. Please let me know what you think of this new format. I love Dinkum so much and really want this series to thrive! The first video should be out shortly. I would love it if you try it out and give it a like!

I hate to make a post like this, but unfortunately, it's a necessary evil. I've been working hard to try and get more subscribers and elevate my viewership for my channel. However, the content I'm putting out there is just not what the general population is looking for. With all of the extra time I put into my channel, my work/life/play balance is just not where it needs to be. I'm not giving up on the channel. I just need to dial back the amount of content that is created. I'm probably going to go back to just one video a week. I'm not sure what type of content it will be. My guess is that it will fluctuate. I have some ideas for a couple of Palia builds. I'm not giving up on Dinkum. I'm thinking of doing more of a summary video that covers a couple of days in one video. As for streaming - that one I haven't quite figured out yet. I really want to be able to keep streaming but just not sure about the time commitment. If something happens that I don't continue streaming, I will do some builds on my Animal Crossing island and put them in a video.

I want to thank everyone for their continued support of my channel. You mean the world to me!

Pink Chair Gaming

I'm about ready to start streaming again. Unfortunately, I had another health setback recently, but I'm on the mend! I'm hoping to start streaming 2 days a week. My plan right now is to do an Animal Crossing island. Be on the lookout for my first stream where we find our new island! Because of my chaotic schedule, I'm currently looking at about 1:30pm or 2:00pm EST on Friday. I'll try to schedule it ahead of time on YouTube so you can plan ahead. I hope to see you there!!

I apologize for the lack of content and being away for so long! I've had a lot of personal stuff going on and just needed time to make sure my health was up to par - both mentally and physically. I recently had to have hip surgery to repair some damage and it's been a long recovery. Part of my mental recovery has included finding myself and what I really enjoy doing. During this time I've realized I am completely burnt out on Animal Crossing. I haven't played the game since January and I'm sad to say - I haven't missed it. So I'm afraid I probably won't complete my island of Jamboree. Over the past few months I've enjoyed just playing games and not having to worry about creating content. But I've found a new game that I am obsessed with - Dinkum! It's similar enough to Animal Crossing that it's healed my burnout and I'm ready to start making videos again. I hope you'll take a look at my newest video series and enjoy my new passion!
