Hi everyone,

Tomorrow at 6pm, I’m launching the first video of the Village Walks series, and we’re heading straight to the Catalan Pyrenees, in the beautiful Cerdanya region.

We were incredibly lucky to witness one of the earliest heavy snowstorms of the season, turning the valleys completely white. The scenery is breathtaking and full of winter magic.

Thank you so much for joining the channel and watching the Barcelona Christmas videos. It really makes me happy to share the city’s vibes with all of you during these special dates.

I’ll try to cover more events in the coming days, so stay tuned for more Christmas content in the weeks ahead.

As a little teaser: tomorrow at 4pm (Barcelona time) I’ll publish a new video from the Christmas Fair at the Port, which opened last weekend. If you’re in the city or planning a visit, it’s a great place to stop by — right at the end of La Rambla, so you can easily combine it with a walk through the city center.

The event runs from 28th November to 6th January.

I’ve added a few images from the video as a preview.

This summer, we walked along the stunning Costa Brava, following its relaxing coastal paths and visiting some of its most charming towns. 🏖️✨

I hope you’ve enjoyed this series and the atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast. In the future, I might revisit these places off-season to capture a calmer vibe and let the sea sounds really shine. But I think it was also special to show you how lively the region feels in peak season, and maybe help you discover new beaches and towns for your own travels.

Hi everyone! I’ve got a couple of exciting updates to share — two big things are in the works:

🎥 New Series Launch – Cinematic Ambient Films

Alongside my regular walking videos, I’ll be introducing a new series of short cinematic travel films: calm, carefully composed visual journeys with background music and binaural ambient sound, but no walking footage. These 8–20 minute videos offer a more artistic and atmospheric way to experience the places I visit.

The first cinematic video premieres today — link below!
This series begins in Spain, where I’m currently spending time with family and friends while also practicing and refining my video composition skills.

About the gear:

Walking videos are filmed with the Osmo Pocket 3

Cinematic videos will gradually shift to the Sony Alpha 7C II, for richer visuals and better image quality (though the first few are still shot with the OP3)

No worries — walking videos are here to stay!
I’ll continue uploading the rest of the walking footage I recorded in China throughout 2024.

In a few months, I’ll launch a brand-new walking series on Modern China, featuring cities like Shenzhen, Chongqing, and more (full list coming soon). Expect walks through:

🏙️ Towering skyscraper districts
🛍️ Futuristic shopping malls
🏛️ Stunning examples of contemporary Chinese architecture

I've spent the past few days traveling through China and Japan, fully immersed in exploring these amazing countries, so I apologize for not replying to your comments yet. I'll catch up now! 😊

I’m back in Shanghai for a couple of days to rest and get ready to publish our next video, which will feature one of the iconic boats sailing the Huangpu River. We’ll enjoy the Bund light show from the water—it's going to be stunning!

Looking ahead, after Beijing, I’ll start sharing videos from all my summer travels, including Hangzhou, Jingdezhen, Osaka, Tokyo, and of course, more of Shanghai. Stay tuned!
