On August 2nd, the AoeChinese team visited the new campus of BPK in the old district of Bandung, Indonesia. BPK Education Group owns over 30 schools in Indonesia. The AoeChinese team was warmly welcomed by students with a Chinese song before the meeting. Attendees included the school principal, the group’s chief operating officer, the curriculum director, and several Indonesian Chinese language teachers. During the meeting, the AoeChinese team discussed topics such as curriculum publication, progress on integrating the teaching system, and arrangements for test courses. After the meeting, Dean Zhu Min, a representative of the AoeChinese team, presented the school with a calligraphy work that read, “Those who share the same aspirations are not separated by mountains and seas,”symbolizing the shared vision of both parties in advancing education and creating a bright future for students through their collaboration.

On August 1st, the AoeChinese team visited the UnparPlus Center at Unpar University to discuss the details of a cooperative HSK course project. The university plans to start offering HSK-related courses to students in September this year. After completing the courses, students can take the HSK level exam directly at the Unpar University HSK Examination Center and obtain their certificates. This was the second visit by the AoeChinese team to the UnparPlus Center, and the collaboration is expected to be realized soon.

Graduation Ceremony of International Students from Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnic Institute, 2024: Hatu Awards the International Chinese Scholarship!

On June 25th, the graduation ceremony for the 2024 cohort of international students at Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnic Institute was successfully held. Li Fu, the deputy general manager of Hatu, attended the event and awarded the “iHatoo International Chinese Scholarship” to the outstanding international students.

In 2023, the international students at Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnic Institute used the ZOA series courses from AoeChinese. With the help of these courses, their overall Chinese proficiency improved significantly.
To recognize and encourage outstanding international students in learning Chinese, the “iHatoo International Chinese Promotion Foundation” awarded the “iHatoo International Chinese Scholarship” to the outstanding international students of 2023.

• Third Prize: VOLKOVA NADEZHDA, a female student from Russia, and KUPTANON PAWEENA, a female student from Thailand
