MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Here’s a little holdiday Throwback Thursday! One of my favorite parts of working for the theme parks was working holidays. Everyone was always in a good mood and it really got me in the holiday spirit 🥹 Even though the pay at Disney World was terrible (and as a character I was definitely treated like a number), I made lifelong memories and friends. I loved working for Universal in Orlando 🥹 Christmas 2009 was one of my favorites ever thanks to Grinchmas 🤍

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day celebrating with the ones they love 🤍

My grandfather lived an incredible life for 98 years. He was born the year Charles Lindbergh flew across the Atlantic. He was a mechanical engineer and helped design the first Gulfstream. He spent 20 years at Pratt & Whitney. He was a pilot and an A&P, and owned a share of a Piper. He was the only other aviator in the family and it was the honor of my life to show him my plane after finishing my PPL. He is always the first person I think of when I get in my plane. We hung out at his house in February and talked until 11PM, sharing aviation stories. He was whip smart right to the end. I got to hear him say my name and tell me he loved me the day before he passed. He left behind four beautiful children, one of which is my amazing mother. His legacy will never be forgotten, and I will think of him on every flight. I love you, Poppy.

Caught a small black drum that was perfect for eating (and no worms! Iykyk) and enjoyed my first actual days off since… April? Maybe longer 😂

As someone who loves fish and keeps fish I have this moral dilemma catching and filleting but we are honoring the fish’s life 🥹 I only cried a little 😂

A perfect first weekend in the new house! Love being able to walk out to my dock bright and early and start fishing 🥹🥹🥹
