Hello everyone, I am Dr. Maddineni Srinivas kumar(DrMSD). I have done my DDVL from JSS University Mysore & DNB in Dermatology from Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi. My main aim for creating this channel is to help PG Aspirants with Dermatology as a subject and also with the strategies and techniques that are necessary for clearing FMGE, AIIMS, PGI, NEET PG entrance, JIPMER, USMLE, MRCP, PLAB

Summary:
1️⃣Erysipelas: Superficial, well-defined, rapid onset, involves lymphatics, more common on face and legs.
2️⃣Cellulitis: Deeper, ill-defined, slower onset, involves subcutaneous tissue, any site.
3️⃣SSSS: Toxin-mediated, affects newborns/children, generalized bullae, +Nikolsky’s sign, only epidermal involvement, sheet-like desquamation.
