জামাই ষষ্ঠী হলো বাঙালিদের একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী পারিবারিক উৎসব, যা মূলত জামাইদের সম্মান ও আপ্যায়নের জন্য পালন করা হয়। জ্যৈষ্ঠ মাসের শুক্লপক্ষের ষষ্ঠী তিথিতে এই উৎসব অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এই দিনে শাশুড়ি মা ষষ্ঠী দেবীর পূজা করেন এবং জামাইয়ের সুস্বাস্থ্য, দীর্ঘায়ু ও সুখী জীবনের জন্য আশীর্বাদ কামনা করেন।
