To my fellow energy workers, especially those that work with weather and storms - the essence of Helene is collective, denied, and buried emotions and feelings. I heard the word 'heel', so I'm being guided to "heel" (like what you would say to a trained pedigree), to walk next to or with you. This can also translate as 'heal', but I'll leave that alone for now. Hel(heel) and Lene (lean)-in to her. Refrain from trying to push this hurricane away, which creates resistance. Move her along by moving with it and visualizing her dissipating.
For those of you not familiar this kind of work you can still support with deep breathing ( if you are in the space to).
You can just sit still, close your eyes and breathe through this as she moves. Especially as you hear or feel the wind gust building. You may experience certain feelings and emotions surface, and that's okay. Just breathe through it. You can also place your right hand over your heart and your left hand just under your ribs while you breathe through it. Yes, collective energies can and do build up, it can and does create storms. The storm is actually created as a way of transmuting the energies. Wishing All safe passage through this storm.
