Hey there, my name's Phil. In 2018, I was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis and eating gluten free helped alleviate my symptoms. I found that eating with a food restriction can be isolating in many ways. So I've made it my mission to make funny, relatable content about being gluten free so that people feel a little less alone in their health journey.
