Over a year ago, God gave me a note, and I didn’t have a name, but I recognized the seed God had dropped.
A quiet nudge that I wrote down with no idea when He would breathe on it.
‌
Months passed, life shifted, and I tucked it away…until August, when my Spesh sent me a message—a prophetic confirmation.
A word that aligned perfectly with what God told me for the WOW Collective I had sitting in drafts.
Even then, I waited.
I shifted dates.
I pushed the launch from August to September to October.
But the moment I said, “God, this came from You. Do what You want with it,” everything aligned.

Everything opened. Everything moved.
‌
I’m sharing this because someone watching this is sitting on notes, ideas, and assignments that God has already spoken to, but you’re convinced you’re behind.

God is reminding you that you don’t have to do more to be who He called you to be.

I saw this photo from Sisters Who Dine™️ and it hit me: even the moments where I’m laughing the loudest have often been preceded by moments where God had to pull me back, recenter me, and reset my spirit.

Maybe you’ve found yourself in a moment like this:
Things are delayed.
People say they’ll show up, but they don’t.
You’re building, obeying, showing up in faith…and still you wonder:
“Am I strategizing when I should be surrendering?”
“Am I doing too much…to prove too much?”
“Am I overcompensating in places God never called me to carry?”

I’ve been there. And I was there again recently.
A short but heavy sacred pause.
Not because I slowed down…disappointment slowed me.
The thoughts of pivoting tried to drown out God’s promises.
Old wounds tried to reroot.

And God whispered to my spirit:
You don’t have to do more to be who I called you to be.
Return to the blueprint.
Return to the posture, not the performance.
Return to the surrender, not the strategy.

You were born clothed in purpose, saturated in power, positioned with divine posture. Not to prove anything, but to disrupt the enemy’s plans and build God’s kingdom.

Shakira, that calling hasn’t expired. It simply requires continual surrender.

If you’re feeling this too — wondering, wrestling, or weary — you’re not off track. You’re being realigned.
