My today’s Breakfast+Lunch(IF) at 12.15 pm. 2 veg idlys, peanut coconut chutney, (flax seeds,sesame seeds, curry leaves,) mixed spice power, soaked walnuts, almonds, apricots, 1 small banana and a boiled egg. Too heavy but very nutritious. It’s 7.20 pm and I’m still not feeling hungry. Had a green tea at 5.30pm. You can try this if you are following IF.
