Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning had an estimated production budget of $400 million. That’s more than the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy combined.
It’s now the most expensive Mission: Impossible—and one of the priciest movies of all time.
It will need to earn at least $850 million at the box office just to break even.
