Well I did plan to upload my reaction to the Smash direct today, but there were a lot of audio problems so I'm not gonna post it. I'll just summarize my thoughts on it.(Also spoilers so uh leave if u haven't seen it yet).
Ken: I'm in smash now :^) I don't play street fighter so I don't have much to say. He's cool I guess... well he has fire so I guess he's HOT ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡ °). I'm already bad with Ryu so no way will I be able to play Ken. Moving on.
Incineroar: I wasn't expecting this at all, but I approve since I chose him as my starter in S&M. I actually want to main a Pokemon character this time around, so he's a possible main candidate for me. I love that he poses whenever he attacks, he's like the embodiment of JoJo (so he's perfect for me). His revenge does dumb damage, and his rope attack looks silly but interesting. Also his darkest lariat looks pointless af: it's just a worse DK up b LMAO. He looks hella fun tho so gimme.
Piranna Plant: Ok wtf. This is so dumb. I love it. Sakurai just does whatever he wants lol. RIP Waluigi fans tho.
Piranna is basically this game's "wii fit" or "wtf type character", and he looks ready to MEME. Also his range looks stupid good. Lowkey bouta secondary Piranna just for the meme machine. Also its FAST AF THO??? HOW?
Spirit mode: So basically its just smash 4 customs replaced with google images, k (ᴗ ͜ʖ ᴗ) Assist Trophies: ok. Mii Fighters: REX NO!!! I'm salty, I loved Xeno2 and he was one of the characters I wanted in or (at least someone from Xeno2), but all my dreams were just shattered :(((((
Adventure Mode: YES YES YES YES YES. This was like the number 1 thing I wanted from ultimate and daddy sakurai finally delivered... but at the cost of literally everyone. It's literally Super Smash Bros Infinity War cuz everyone (but kirby) ain't feeling good (ಥ﹏ಥ). Cutscenes and theme were really pwetty. Plus, the RPG element looks neat, but really it just seems like like classic mode + smash tour. I'm really hoping the gameplay will be good and not repetitive. Right now it just seems like "grind every enemy until u reach boss." Idk we'll have to wait and see. At least it looks better then the garbage called smash tour.
Final thoughts: I wish one month would go by faster.

Overall I just don’t really have the time or the motivation to make any content at the moment, but when Ultimate comes out I will rise from the dead. Until then though please be patient with me 😅

Hey guys this is a message from Ken | ShadowVenom718. I've finally decided that I've outgrown the edgy name my 12 year old self thought of, so now I'm going to go by an even edgier name: LordKenpai. Now I won't cringe as much whenever someone asks me what my Youtube channel name is ( ° ͜ʖ °)
I just wanted to clear up any confusion. I'm still Ken, I'm just a "Lord" now. K bye.
2017 has been a fantastic year (for me at least), and I hope 2018 will be even better! All-in-all I feel this has been the peak of my YouTube, and I'm really happy with all the content I've made this year. We put together a total of 11 S4LTING THE EARTH montages with each one being even better then the last (except ste 16 but we don't talk about that one), and although the series has ended this year I'm really glad that you all made it happen. I've made a total of 43 new videos this year, and while it may not be much compared to other channels, I really poured my heart into all of them (even the shitposts lol). My editing has really been improving along with this year and I'm glad that I can look back on this years content and be proud that "Hey, I made that!" I'm curious though, what was your favorite upload from me this year? 🤔 (personally my favorite is the Peace Sign SSB4 opening, but that's because I spent like 2 weeks of my life on it x,D)
This channel would be nothing with out all of your support, and I hope you will continue to enjoy my content jumping into the next year too. Thank you, and Happy New Years.
I really wanted to get version 4 of my modpack out this Christmas, but a lot of unforeseen events happened and I’m unable to meet the deadline. Just know that my modpack may not come out today, but it will very soon! I hope you will still accept my gift a little late 🙂
