My name is Christine Elaine, and this channel is about topics that are meaningful to me, such as my pets and animals generally, being outside, the Mississippi River, the night sky, spiritual awakening experiences, my garden, food and funny things that happen to me.
In 2019, life fell apart and I had to return to the Midwest from Phoenix. It was all divine timing because the pandemic was about to get started. Along with the pandemic, I finally had to face my family trauma and resolve things that have been in the way of living the life I want to live.
In 2023, I am uploading the videos I've taken on my phone, many during the pandemic. I plan to include longer form content later on about how I transcended my family's generational trauma, learned to set boundaries and navigate my life in the new normal. Thanks for watching my videos !

Here's a gorgeous image of the Mississippi River on Christmas Eve 2020. I shot this at sunset with my previous phone, a Pixel 3XL. I don't know the guy sitting there but this image is so peaceful and contemplative, and the sky is gorgeous. This is the half-mile loop at the lower parking lot at Cliff Cave Park in South St. Louis County, Missouri. You can also see the overlook. There's a switchback path of sorts just to left of the bench where you can walk down to the base of the river, depending on how high or low it is. The area down there changes frequently and it's where I get the videos of the small water flows down from the cave at a higher elevation. <3
