New homes continue to dominate the market — especially with the fantastic incentives we’ve been able to negotiate for our clients. And here’s the insider truth: it’s often more than the builders advertise. 💡

We’re seeing a big Washington State exodus after the new estate tax passed, and with interest rates dropping (and predicted to drop again), demand is heating up. Hey everyone 👋 It’s been a minute since I posted a new video…
Truth is, I’ve been fully immersed in helping clients — guiding people through buying and selling real estate, and supporting their goals. Honestly… that’s my why. It’s what I love to do.

At the same time, I hit that very human moment where I was just… creatively tired. In today’s content-creating world, it can feel like we always have to be "on," filming, posting, producing — but at the end of the day, my passion is homes. It’s people. It’s the real-life part of real estate. I didn’t want to show up on camera unless it felt aligned. And I started overthinking everything — thinking about the path of this channel - all of it. If you’re a business owner or creator, you probably know that feeling. So I gave myself some space.

I’ve been deep in the day-to-day of working with clients — helping buyers, sellers, and staying present through some really meaningful, and at times, challenging transactions. Sometimes that means stepping back from content creation for a bit — and I wanted to be honest about that.

I’m feeling re-inspired and excited to get back to sharing more real estate and lifestyle content with you.

I hope you’re all enjoying the holiday season and gearing up for an Amazing New Year! 🎉

We’re currently in Florida, spending the holidays at our second home, and I’ve been amazed by the incredible (and affordable) real estate opportunities here. There are so many up-and-coming areas poised for growth—it reminds me of the early days of the Summerlin masterplan, where single-story homes started in the low $300Ks in amenity-rich neighborhoods. I have a keen sense for identifying good real estate!

Exploring real estate is a true passion of ours, especially when it comes to helping people build generational wealth through homeownership.

As you may or may not know, we’re licensed in Florida and have already helped several clients find second homes here. Many of our California buyers, drawn to the beach and ocean lifestyle but looking for a change from California’s politics, have been exploring Florida options—often in combination with making Nevada their primary residence.

🤔 Reflecting on this got me thinking about just how many properties we’ve sold over the years to clients making Vegas their second or even third home or buying for investment. These homes have become valuable assets in their portfolios, and we love being a part of that journey.

While Las Vegas is our beloved hometown and we’re so excited for 2025 and continuing to bring you the best Las Vegas home tours & insights, we’re also taking the opportunity to explore some exciting new home developments here in Florida during the remainder of the holidays.
