Lilian Manansala is an Emmy-nominated choreographer, journalist, and writer. She is currently an Audience Producer at Business Insider where she has also been a producer and editor. She is also a member of the Television Academy Choreography Peer Group and Choreographers Guild.

As a choreographer and movement director, she has worked with Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Raven Symone, Vanessa Hudgens, and Keke Palmer, to name a few. Television credits include abcfamily's Pretty Little Liars; Nickelodeon's The Thundermans; Disney Channel's Bunk'd, Raven's Home, Bizaardvark!, Best Friends Whenever, Dog with a Blog, Good Luck, Charlie, So Random, Sonny with a Chance, Cory in the House, and That's So Raven; Disney XD shows Gamer's Guide to Pretty Much Everything, Kirby Buckets, and Kickin' It.
