🌵🌊 Going LIVE today at 2 PM CDT — and there’s a giveaway! 🎉

It’s time for another Design & Unwind Live, and this week we’re bringing together two very different inspirations — Saguaro Sunset and a Caribbean getaway!

We’ll start by catching up on what’s been happening over the last couple of weeks, looking at some of my recent jewelry projects, and talking about what’s coming up next on the channel.

Then it’s time to bead! 💎

🌵 I’ll be finishing the second RAW earring from the Saguaro Sunset Bargain Bead Box. I wasn’t able to fit a separate tutorial for these earrings into my schedule, so I thought our live would be the perfect place to finish the pair together.

🌊 Then we’ll visit Gemstone Orphanage and work with Cayla, the “Little Sister” from my Caribbean-themed amazonite collection. Cayla is a beautiful Impression Jasper cabochon, and I’ll begin creating a beadwoven bezel around her and see where the design takes us!

🧶 What happens when crochet meets beads?

Today we're finding out! My newest tutorial is now live, and we're making the Cabin Trail Bracelet from the Rustic Retreat Creative Color Challenge. 🌲

This one is a little different from my usual beadwork—I combined large-hole beads, cord, simple crochet, and a rustic button closure to create an easy, relaxed bracelet.

And while photographing the two versions I made, I discovered something I hadn't planned…connect them together and they can become a choker-style necklace! 😍

It's Bargain Bead Box time again!

Today's video is LIVE at 8 AM and we're diving into the **Saguaro Sunset** collection. After a close-up look at everything in the box, I'll show you how I created my **St. Saguaro Bracelet** using the beautiful St. Petersburg stitch.

And I'm not finished with this collection yet! I still have RAW earrings and an Oglala stitch necklace planned, so there is plenty more Saguaro Sunset bead weaving to come.

Hi everyone! 💜

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that I'm still here! Life has been a little hectic lately as I'm wrapping up the last few appointments to take care of my varicose/spider vein treatments, and last week our family experienced an unexpected emergency. We're still waiting to learn the final outcome, so I'd appreciate any positive thoughts or prayers.

Even with everything going on, I haven't stopped creating! I'm currently working on new videos for **Bargain Bead Box**, **Gemstone Orphanage**, and the next **Creative Color Challenge**. If all goes as planned, you should see at least one (and hopefully more!) new videos next week.

I'll also be getting my **Live Tutorial Series** back on track by picking up right where we left off after the live I had to miss last week.

Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and support. It truly means more than you know. I can't wait to get back to creating with all of you again very soon!

💙 **A Quick Live Update** 💙

Unfortunately, I'll need to cancel tomorrow's **Design & Unwind Live** due to a family emergency that requires my full attention.

I was really looking forward to spending the afternoon creating with all of you, but family comes first, and I appreciate your understanding during this time.

As soon as things settle down, I'll let you know when the live has been rescheduled. I still have some fun projects planned, including finishing the **Carmen's Heart** pendant and creating a few more designs from the collection, and I can't wait to share them with you.

Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and continued support. This community truly means so much to me, and I'm grateful for each and every one of you.
