With 23 years of experience in finance, sales, and investing, Terrell has owned and operated a retail mortgage company by age 24. Today, he leads BASE Development, focused on building affordable housing in Houston’s inner city, including Project 100 — a mission to build 100 high-quality, affordable homes that create generational wealth and community impact.
Terrell is also the founder of BASE Mentorship & Education, where he teaches real-world strategies in real estate investing and development, creative finance, business funding, and emerging technologies.
A certified Blockchain and Digital Currency Educator, Terrell earned credentials in Blockchain Technology, Ethereum, Smart Contracts, and Digital Currency from the University of Nicosia.
His mission is simple: financial literacy leads to freedom.
