October update: Finally broke 100lbs. 102 down in 21 weeks. I won’t sugarcoat it. It’s been hard. Really hard. But it’s worth it. People ask in the comments on these updates so I’ll answer here.

1.) Did you get weight loss surgery? Nope. Nothing wrong with that though.
2.) Are you on glp1’s or anything like that? Negative although I did try it for the first two months. Definitely kills the appetite but I felt weak and sick 24/7 so I stopped.
3.) What’s the secret? There isn’t one. Stop eating and drinking unhealthy stuff and be active.
4.) Are you doing keto or any sort of diet? Not really. I count calories and try and eat clean. I do keep my protein high though.

Anyone that can drop 100+ and still be this thick was a BIG boy. Proud of the progress but not finished. 💪🏻

BAKER OVERLAND MEMBER TRIP XI | OZARK NATIONAL FOREST

Our next Baker Overland Member Trip is officially on the calendar!

📅 November 13–15
📍 Ozark National Forest
🚙 Limited to the first 20 rigs

Exact coordinates will be posted the week before the trip here on YouTube in a members only post.

There is no official meetup time. You can roll into camp whenever you want on Friday. I will personally be arriving later Friday evening.

If we get there and our planned campsite is already occupied, I’ll post updated coordinates here on YouTube in a members only post that day, so make sure you check before heading into camp.

IMPORTANT: WAIVER REQUIRED

Everyone attending must have a waiver on file.

If you have already completed a waiver for one of our previous member trips, you do not need to fill it out again.

If you have not completed one, you cannot attend the trip until I have your completed waiver.

This is not a training or educational trip in any way, shape or form. This is simply a group of us getting together to camp, explore the Ozarks, and have a good time.

Everyone attending is expected to bring their own camping gear, recovery gear, and anything else they need to be self sufficient. You should already know how to properly use your equipment.

I also highly recommend bringing a GMRS radio for communications while we’re on the trail and around camp.

We are limiting this trip to the first 20 rigs that sign up. Please only claim a spot if you genuinely plan on attending.

Things happen and plans change, so if you sign up and later realize you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your spot for another member.
