iWizard is a BookTube show dedicated to all things fantasy, SF, horror, and classic literature. We also review works of philosophy and other nonfiction books, classic and contemporary. The show includes rankings, genre explorations, conversations, and other special episodes. We not only keep up with mainstream SF, fantasy, and horror, but we also love under-appreciated and forgotten works of speculative fiction that few BookTubers bother to review, including Roger Zelazny, Peter S. Beagle, C.J. Cherryh, Lois McMaster Bujold, Tad Williams, Robert Heinlein, Harlan Ellison, Michael Moorecock, Gene Wolfe, Octavia Butler, etc.

Hi everyone, just thought I'd mention that I will be in NC this weekend for Christopher Ruocchio's Shadows Upon Time Release Gala, where I will be on a panel with @2ToRamble, John (from @Talking_Story), and @mikesbookreviews. I don't know if there are any tickets left, but I'm so looking forward to seeing you all! I know @iSamwise will be there (I'm doing a discussion with him Friday) and I know @KingCrusoe and many others in this community will be there as well.
Let me know in the comments if you'll be there, so I can be sure to look out for you. :) Cheers!

One of my best buds from work just started a channel called The Projection Room (@Projection_Room). Steve grew up on the West Coast and was practically raised in a projection room, as his father was the manager of a movie theater. He's making thoughtful videos about some of the greatest films ever made. Give his channel a look and, if you like what you see/hear, a sub! Here's his most recent video:

After reading Canterbury Tales, I am now diving into Hyperion, by Dan Simmons. Loving it so far. This will be my next review. I'm thinking about checking out the Ilium/Olympos cycle as well. Has anyone read the latter series? If so, what did you think? Cheers!

Just started reading The Thousandfold Thought (Prince of Nothing #3). I'll be having a discussion about the full series with Mike from @mikesbookreviews when we both finish. Are there any questions or topics you'd like us to discuss?

Oh, the Orwellian irony! My video on Orwell's 1984 was flagged by YouTube's human and "automated systems,” which identified the content as "not suitable." The video's monetization has thus been "limited." The Ministry of Truth has spoken, I guess.
