I was practically raised by modern media, and into adulthood developed an utter fascination with what can go into a creative work and what the audience gets OUT of it.
These days, it isn't surprising when people say there's too many comics, shows, or movies for them to really dedicate their time to. If you get interested in a franchise, for example, you bet there'll be 47 spinoff comics, 7 sequels, and 2 concurrent shows on streaming.
That's where I come in! I'm here to introduce you to the big franchises, the best to be offered by them, and an analysis of what makes them tick. Here, I offer examinations of monolithic narrative universes, explanations of complicated characters, and explorations of the creators behind the scenes.
So come join me, and get introduced to something you've always been curious about, but never had the time for!

Hi everyone!
Due to some personal reasons I'm going to be taking a break from the channel for a month-ish. Nothing major, just need some mental health recovery time during the whacky holiday season! I'll be darned if that doesn't just make my heart sing! I'd like to take a moment to say thank you to every single one of you. These past two-and-a-half years have been full of ups and downs, but I've continued to make videos as often as I can and I'm so happy to see the progress that's come of it.
My plan for the following year is going to be a busy one, and I'm so glad to have a thousand oldies by my side along the way.
So, once more, genuinely: Thank you, all of you!

Hey everybody,
As I'm sure you've noticed, my video uploads have become a lot less frequent. I wanted to take a beat and explain the current situation with the channel.
The short of it is that I don't have as much time available as I'd like.
The long answer is that things have become difficult for myself from a financial standpoint, and am having to work two fulltime jobs to reach ends-meet. When I have a free moment, I'll be working on my videos, but definitely can't dedicate the usual amount of hours needed to put an average video together.
I'm still around, and will upload as often as I can, but it won't be as frequently as I'd like.
Thanks for sticking with us, hopefully we can get back to a more desirable schedule in the new year!
