This is a sneak peek into my sacred, pre-dawn ritual during Ramadan. While my day as a trainer involves intense sessions and five workouts, everything hinges on this peaceful window before the world wakes up.

My routine isn't just about eating; it's a sequence of intentional acts. I begin by breaking my fast slowly, savoring each bite mindfully rather than rushing. This isn't just fuel; it's a moment of gratitude. Following this, I prioritize deep hydration, ensuring I consume at least 48 ounces of water to prepare my body for the day of fasting ahead.

With my physical needs attended to, I turn inward. I sit in quiet reflection, because taking time to look inward is the mirror of the soul. This leads me into sincere duah (supplication), pouring out my hopes and gratitude. Finally, I cap off this sacred time by praying Fajr in congregation, grounding myself in community and purpose before the day's demands begin. This consistent routine is my anchor, providing the spiritual and physical clarity I need to show up fully.
