Sitting still has never been my strong point

In Awareness Through Movement classes you get to learn about your body as it is through moving. The teacher acts as a guide but you make your own learning experience through your senses.



The skills I've gained in class have filtered into all aspects of my life



I still might need to wiggle but now I have a new way of learning to help me along the way
