אומרים שזה נגע בכולם.
תובל, המתופף הג׳ינג׳י שנמצא בצד ימין שלי, מנגן בלהקה שלי ויצא איתי להופעות מסביב לעולם לא פעם. והיה בשבילי אח גדול תומך כשהרגשתי לבד בדרכים.
בבוקר השביעי באוקטובר, אחיו הקטן של תובל, יותם חיים, נחטף מביתו שבכפר עזה.
העולם כפי שהכיר אותו התפרק.
יותם הוא ילד של אור ומוסיקה. גם הוא מתופף בלהקת מטאל.
בבוקר החטיפה שיותם ראה שהמחבלים בדלת, יותם לקח מקלות וניגן על השולחן בממד.כדי להירגע
אז קראתי לדגל לזהר אחי, שרון פטרובר וטל כהן,
מתופפים מובילים בארץ בסדיר - והפעם רוקעים להשבתם של יותם ושל עוד 239 חטופים.


זהו הביצוע הראשון מתוך פרויקט ״אור ראשון״ - פרויקט התנדבותי של מספר גדול של אנשי וידאו וסאונד מהמובילים בישראל. כולנו יחד אמונה ותקווה כי המוזיקה שלנו תהווה סדק אור ראשון דרכו כולנו כחברה נוכל לגשש ולקום מתוך העלטה של אירועי ה-7 באוקטובר והמלחמה. כל ההכנסות מהפרויקט קודש לארגון לתת ומערך סיוע החירום שלו עבור נפגעי המלחמה. פרטים נוספים, דרכי תרומה ניתן למצוא באתר ארגון לתת ובלינק בתגובות:

Tuval, the drummer the redheaded fella on my right, plays in my band and has gone on tour with me around the world more than once. He was like a big brother to me, supporting me when I felt alone on the road.
On the seventh morning of October, Tovel's younger brother, Yotam Hayim, was kidnapped from his home in Kfar Aza.
The world as we knew it fell apart.
Yotam is a child of light and music. He is also a drummer in a metal band.
So I called my own fbig brother Zohar, Sharon Petrover, and Tal Cohen,
leading drummers in the country - and this time they are coming together to stomp, to support the return of Yotam and 239 other kidnapped individuals.

This is the first performance in the "First Light" project - a voluntary initiative by talented video and sound professionals in Israel. All the proceeds from the project are dedicated to the Latet Organization, which supports those in need who are afflicted by the war.

My country is in mourning. The streets are empty, the shops have been closed, no one is going to the beach. Between bomb alarms, cars can be seen outside loaded with equipment – water containers, sleeping bags, and boxes. People are either delivering humanitarian aid to each other or fleeing. This is the life in Israel in the last two weeks.

Every day, I find myself in at least 3 hotels that have turned into refugee shelters. I try to bring people relief, happiness. I don't know anything else. I believe music releases hormones that help heal and free the soul, that's how it works for me. Besides, I inherited a real healing hug from my mother.

I perform in front of half-families. It's important to me that the world understands – We have experienced a full-on ISIS attack here, a tragedy, a nightmare.

Praying for peaceful better days and for our brothers and sisters to come home. #BringThemBack

I have to share this sweet story with you :)
I'm in New York, and I took a dance studio for a few hours to practice with dancers for a small performance on Fire Island.
You can also point out that I'm frustrated that I'm not celebrating Rosh Hashanah with my family and I'm on a tour that only seems to get harder and lonelier.
I go out for a water break, and hear from a nearby room a powerful African choir sound. I stayed for a few minutes to eavesdrop.
Not long after, the actual cast of The Lion King leave the room one by one.
One of them caught me staring - and like a scene out of a movie he said,
“Oh my god are you Netta?
I bought tickets to see you next month at Irving Plaza!”
I could barely make sense when I talked to him because I was so excited that he knew who I was.
I told him that I have been wanting to see The Lion King forever.
The stars aligned and he had tickets for the show at noon just before I had to go on a plane.

Cameron, thank you for seeing me at such a precise moment🤸🏻‍♂️
Reminded me how much I wait to see you all on tour ❤️

לא מתאים לי אבל בא לי לחלוק את זה איתכם :)
אני נמצאת בניו יורק, ו‏לקחתי ‏סטודיו ריקוד לכמה שעות כדי להתאמן עם רקדנים לקראת הופעה קטנה במועדון בפאייר איילנד.
אפשר גם לציין שאני גם בבאסה שאני לא בבית בערב חג, בטור שמתארך ונהיה קשה ובודד.
אני יוצאת לשתות רגע מים, ושומעת מחדר סמוך שירת מקהלה אפריקאית עוצמתית וגדולה ונשארתי כמה דקות לצותת ומבלי לשים לב כי אם יש לי נקודה חלשה הנה היא.
לא עבר זמן ומהחדר יוצאים אחד אחד הקאסט של מלך האריות בברודווי.
אחד מהם קלט אותי בוהה - ובמקריות מהסרטים הוא אומר לי
אומייגאד את נטע נכון ?!
קניתי כרטיסים לראות אותך בחודש הבא בארווינג פלזה!
בקושי הצלחתי להיות הגיונית כשדיברתי איתו כי נורא התרגשתי ממנו
אמרתי לו שאני כבר המון זמן מתה לראות ליון קינג
הכוכבים הסתדרו והיו לו כרטיסים להצגה בצהרים קצת לפני שהיתי צריכה לסוע לשדה.
