Most of what I used to do for my health… was wrong.

Many people at risk of heart attack have completely normal cholesterol.
Heart attacks rarely happen suddenly.
In most cases, the risk builds silently for years.
Many people only check basic cholesterol, but that doesn’t always reveal the full picture.
Some important markers that can give deeper insight into heart risk include:
• ApoB
• Lipoprotein(a) – Lp(a)
• hs-CRP (inflammation marker)
• HOMA-IR (insulin resistance marker)
• Complete lipid profile
These tests can identify risk long before symptoms appear.
Your heart health is influenced by:
