AIVIA is the AI-powered business partner we built exclusively for WorldVia Travel Network advisors. It helps advisors research destinations, create content, and organize client work in one place, with Projects and Threads to keep every trip's details together, a library of proven prompts, and advisor profiles that tailor every response to how each advisor works. AIVIA earned Gold in 2025.
Finances is our new invoicing and reporting platform. It organizes every commission invoice inside the trip it belongs to, lets advisors edit an open invoice instead of voiding it and starting over, syncs with our back-office accounting in real time, and shows sales, commission, and goal progress for each advisor, team, and agency.
Both were designed and built in-house by Team WorldVia, shaped by feedback from the advisors who use them every day. We're grateful to Travel Weekly for the recognition, proud of the team behind these products, and thankful to every advisor who tested, pushed back, and asked for more—this one belongs to you too.
