Finally its all completed.
It all turned out to be a lot more work than I expected. I spent ages digging up the lyrics and double-checking every word to make sure I wasn't drifting from Arunagirinathar's original verses. The toughest part was the "vibe." I had to experiment with different ragas for a long time just to make sure the melody actually felt like a Murugar song.
The visuals were a whole other mountain to climb. I obsessed over the details—keeping the characters consistent, getting the skin textures and water droplets right, and making sure the expressions were perfect. Putting the music and art together is such a massive task that I could only manage to post one song every Tuesday.
It's been a long process, but it's been a wonderful experience. I'm really happy with how beautiful they turned out.
