December and January have been a rough ride in the Morrow household. Influenza (a) made its way into pneumonia for Mr. Morrow and it has been a shift change in priorities for me. I’ll be back when things get a little less intense. Stay well out there friends.

I finished it! I have been working on this video about using crayons for comfort drawing. Drawing for your mental health. Lower your stress level and enjoy checking in with your emotions with your old friend the 🖍️ crayon.
