Apologies for the slight delay on the video. My family gathers for Christmas, and they prefer I don’t stay in my room working on videos so we can enjoy this rare time together
Hey everyone, happy holidays! Tomorrow, I’ll be posting a video where I demonstrate how to render three dramatic lighting techniques(Chiaroscuro, Hardlighting and tenebrism), as promised to one of my subscribers. I’ll walk you through the workflow and the layer blending modes you’ll need to create them. Stay tuned!
Hi guys!...I made a video about the 5 most dramatic lighting techniques used by popular artists like Rella, redum and many more... please watch it here, thanks! -> https://youtu.be/IdQacqOri_4
Here’s an example of pattern contrast by Saclia. You’ll notice that the face has a regular shadow, while the rest of the piece features dappled light or komorebi, making the face—the focal point—stand out at first glance.
Here is a perfect example of high-key lighting that looks very dramatic. Mika Pikazo used detail contrast in this artwork: the face has less detail, while everything surrounding it is highly detailed, making the face—the focal point—noticeable at first glance.
Hi, I made an in-depth tutorial on how to color like ASK. In this video, I discuss color combinations and how to achieve this look without using layer blending modes. If you haven’t watched the video yet, check it out here https://youtu.be/o9WzpoCtiCs
The art study I made for my "How to Color Like ASKziye" video, which will be coming out after I'm done editing, will be an in-depth guide on how ASK's color choices to create harmonious artwork without using layer blending modes, all just normal layers. Please stay tuned.
