For the past yr&half, I’ve been washing my hair once a week, and sometimes stretch it to a week and a half. This is the same even when my hair is in a protective style.

There’s a wave of women who wash theirs every day. And others who do so,once a month.

When I went in for my annual trim, my hairstylist told me to keep doing whatever I’m doing, HOWEVER - add a hydrating/moisturizing shampoo to my regimen.
Any recommendations?
