How to prepare a simple Homemade Gut healing Yogurt Recipe .



This is DAY7 of our Gut health content Challenge, if you’ve been following my post here I believe you would have learnt something new.



Let us continue on how you can make a simple gut healthy yogurt.



This yogurt-based recipe is packed with probiotics, prebiotic fibers, and anti-inflammatory ingredients to promote gut health and health any intestinal issues.

Let’s begin.

INGREDIENTS.

BASE :

A cup , unsweetened yogurt.

TOPPINGS.

✅1-1/2 banana, according to your choice(sliced, rich in prebiotic fiber)



✅1/4 of fresh blueberries ( antioxidant and fiber )



✅1 Tspf of chia seeds or ground flaxseed (Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and fiber)



✅ 1 tbsp FOS syrup (natural sweetness and antimicrobial).



✅ 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (healthy fats).



OPTIONAL.



✅ 1 tsp ground cinnamon (anti-inflammatory and regulates blood sugar).



✅ 1/4 cup granola (low-sugar, gut-friendly option).

Digestive health is one of the most ignored parts of the health routine, what goes into our body controls almost 90 percent of our total body health.
