Small, golden, and irresistibly tender, they’re crispy on the outside, soft and airy inside, and coated in sugar while still warm. These are the softest Castagnole I've ever had and I hope you love them!
Coat them directly with granulated sugar or give them a dip in Alchermes liquor first (this turns them red and imparts a delicious hint of cinnamon).
