毎日厳しい暑さが続き、心身ともに疲れがたまっている方も多いのではないでしょうか。今回、とても爽やかな緑あふれる住まいのルームツアーを公開しました。撮影時もとても暑い日でしたが、空気は爽やかで緑の効用は計り知れません。そして、2匹の猫ちゃんたちが動画内に度々登場。最後の方はルームツアーそっちのけで猫だらけとなっております。心をゆるめてお楽しみいただけたらうれしいです。

Hi everyone! We’ve just released a house tour of a beautiful home filled with refreshing greenery.
It was a very hot day when we filmed, but the fresh air and calming effect of the surrounding nature were incredible.
You’ll also see two adorable cats appearing several times throughout the video, and toward the end, the house tour almost turns into a cat feature.

新しい動画を公開しました。天空に浮かぶような絶景が特徴の、かわいらしい小屋のルームツアーです。ヨーロッパの田舎の小屋をイメージさせるような素朴なたたずまいで、住まい手のDIYによる数々の家具もぬくもりを添えています。シニア夫妻が週末の住まいとして建てたもので、夫妻は足繁く通っては眺望やおいしい空気、自然たっぷりの環境を味わっています。お料理上手な住まい手さんにたっぷりランチを御馳走になり、夢のように楽しい撮影でした。そんな幸せな時間を感じていただけたら幸いです。
この小屋は、故・阿部勤さんの遺作となりました。残念ながら、阿部さんが完成を目にすることはかないませんでしたが、ご夫妻は阿部さんとの心温まる交流を胸に、大切に第二のわが家を育んでいらっしゃいます。

昨日公開した動画は、iKKAダイコーホームさんのプロモーションビデオです。琵琶湖のほとりにある公園に面したこの家は、中庭を囲むコの字の間取り。直接公園に開くのではなく、一歩引いた中庭に開くことでプライバシーを保ちつつ、中庭が公園へと続いていくような開放感を実現しています。毎日暑いですが、一服の清涼剤のような動画になっていれば嬉しいです。

A new video is now live! This is the personal residence of an architect, built on a compact 22-tsubo (approx. 72.7㎡) lot. The square floor plan is arranged in a grid-like layout, with the staircase positioned at the center. The layout connects six split levels in a spiral configuration, creating a dynamic flow throughout the home. Hope you enjoy the tour!
