renown securities are like scumbags. I've been a patient for more than 4 years, I even have a My Chart account and all because I'm with Medicare. they didn't let me in over this picture I took for my memories, this asshole security was the nastiest said I'm "trespassed". I had brought my friend to the emergency earlier that day on 10/13/24, because she had some stroke symptom, I only left for a little bit to go get me something to eat and by the time I came back the prick securities said I was there "just visiting" and didn't let me in...my friend cried when I told her over the phone what the securities did...oh at some point they were all wearing gloves wanting to keep escalating the situation over a stupid picture for my memories...
