Weekly Check: Ensure tire pressure is checked at least once a week for consistent mileage.
Before Long Rides: Always verify tire pressure before highway or long-distance rides.
Weather Changes: Check more often during cold weather or sudden temperature drops.
My Observation: A drop in front tire pressure from 29-24 psi and rear from 34-31 psi reduced mileage from 34 km/l to 29-30 km/l.
Inflate Cold Tires: Measure and inflate tires when cold for accurate readings to maintain performance.

The Sprocket and the chain almost on the other side of the picture time to say goodbye but I tried to prolong the weak sprocket and chain.
One ride on a 90km round trip with pillion I over tighten the loosen chain as the chain has uneven tension I already knew I have to change it and say goodbye.
But but here is the lesson NEVER OVER TIGHTEN THE CHAIN. Better be loose never do it.
The Sprocket teeth bent.
Everytime petrol goes into the tank have a look at your chain tension, look for wheel alignment every week or every session of chain tightening.
Open the chain front sprocket panel in the mid of the service interval and clean.

Just Understanding about the radiator fan and temperature using digital lcd thermometer
The radiator fan switches ON when the temperature is above 52°C i.e ~125°F After high speed short burst on the highway the temperature went upto 60°C i.e. ~140°F it started cooling later at rest.
Let's see what we can get from this and learn a bit for optimal performance
P.S External temperature of the engine. Engine Temperature would be higher.

IACV - Idle Air Control Valve
It is on the left side of the throttle body.
It comprises of a stepper motor with screw like shaft a spring and plastic head.
It bypasses the throttle body plate to maintain stable idle rpm and for smooth deceleration too.
A faulty IACV results in Frequent Stalling while slowing down, idling and low speeds.
🔧 Ever wondered how your bike idles so smoothly? The IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) on Yezdi Adventure is the key! This valve regulates airflow to the engine when the throttle is closed, helping maintain a stable idle RPM. A malfunctioning IACV can cause irregular idle speeds, stalling, or even difficulty starting. Regular cleaning or replacement can prevent these issues. Watch out for an upcoming video on how to inspect and maintain this crucial component! #YezdiAdventure #BikeMaintenance

Failed again... Learnt a lesson, Breaking the bead is the first step.
Tyre Levers,Tape for protection,
Flat Screw Driver, Soap Water,
Valve Core Removing Tool
If you don't break the bead you aren't gonna get the tyre out.
Ask for Tubeless Tyres for Yezdi Adventure.
This pain is unnecessary period

How to remove rear wheel incase of emergency using MotoJack which is possible.
*Loosen all the nuts and bolts *
1. Remove Chain cover
2. Remove Chain Tensioner Bolts
3. Remove only Axle Nut on left side
4. Now lift the Rear Wheel using MotoJack
5. Slide the rear wheel forward after lifting
6. Remove the chain towards leftside
7. Now hold the rear wheel high and remove the Axle bolt
8. Now slowly slide the rear wheel out along with the rear brake caliper
9. Take care of the spacers do the work with rear wheel
Now the assembly very tiring but using right technique it would be easy
IMPORTANT STEP
1.Push the brake pads inside and slide them onto the disc align the Axle hole and brake caliper hole moving forward
2.Now lift the rear wheel align the holes of brake caliper, wheel and swing arm use a temporary bolt/screw driver insert into it.
Take care of the spacer on the chain side so that it can align later.
3. Now insert the Axle bolt through the hole of the swing arm and rear wheel by lifting the rear wheel and with slight angle.
4. Once everything is done before tighten the Axle nut adjust chain tension
5. Tighten all the removed nuts and bolts
There would be pressure on side stand but in case of emergency it is only way to go.
IT REQUIRES SOME PRACTICE AND PATIENCE
SOMETIMES YOU NEED HELP TOO.
NEVER HESITATE TO ASK FOR HELP WHILE DOING ASSEMBLY IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT IF NOT DONE CORRECTLY.
Finally tools are there to help we need to figure out the right method and safe method we can place some bricks to support rear suspension if available.
(Will post the video soon)
