Left picture: I remember standing in that bathroom July 15, 2020 unhappy with the person staring back at him in the mirror. I took that picture to signify the end of that life style and a beginning of taping into my greatness.
I accomplished this transformation by first establishing my “why”. Growing up I had a father figure that always compared me to other kids that were doing better. Always reminding me that I ate too much adding to my weight insecurities or that my grades never amounted to his expectations which ex also added to my intellectual insecurities. Reflecting on that childhood unlocked an unstoppable “why” that has fueled me nearly every waking moment. Which is the desire to be enough; growing up never feeling like I was enough created the person you see and many of you know in the right picture.
From there I incorporated three lifestyle changes that ignited my transformation:
Fasted cardio, intermittent fasting, and proper hydration through drinking 1-2 gallons of water can indeed have transformative effects on the body when used in combination.
