Being Human In South Africa

Being human, not only Human Being

Making videos of things that have helped me, that might help you.

Using meditation as single pointed focus training to be in flow and to work between 5 and 40 times faster than many others
Using intuition to intuit answers and to work out quick paths to solutions
Using AI to be even cleverer

When I’m asked what I’m allergic to, I say Stupid People!

Sometimes I might seem to be cynical but that is just experience. I am an optimist and my blood type is B+, be positive.

"Most people think arguing is the end, but in psychology, it’s just the 'Storming' phase. ⛈️ It’s the mandatory bridge you have to cross to get to the 'Performing' stage where things actually get easy.

The 4 stages are:

Forming (The Honeymoon)

Storming (The Friction) ⬅️ Most people quit here!

Norming (The Groove)

Performing (The Dream Team)

Which stage are you in right now? 👇"

Being Human In South Africa

I never heard of Charlie Kirk until today, when a Christian friend posted on her Facebook page about his death. I'm glad that David Scott aka The Kiffness, has made a video about Charlie Kirk. And David, I'm glad to hear your humanity in your voice and in your words.

Adults with a capital A are people who remain friends even when they have disagreements. If I like Trump and you like Biden, that's ok. If I like dogs and you like cats, that's ok. If I believe in way of life that makes me who I am, a kind, generous, compassionate Bodhissattva, and you have a different path that leads to similar outcomes, of kindness, generosity and compassion, that's ok. The most generous thing that anyone can do on this planet is to truly listen to another human being. To work hard to deeply understand where "the other" is coming from and to hear their words, and also hear what is not being said.

Let's have decent Adult conversations with each other. There are too many over 18 adults on the planet. Grow Up. And become an Adult, a person who can have an Adult conversation.

Many people who have been married for a long time, and many directors and employees of big organisations who have been together for decades, know how to have disagreements and how to progress their lives. For the Adults in my life, I love that we can agree to disagree. Monocultures never survive. I pray that humans on this planet never become a monoculture.

If you want to read a specialist who teaches how to honour disagreement, read Principles by Ray Dalio. Or talk to one of your friends who has been married for decades and ask how they keep it going.

I send love and healing and long life greetings to Charlie Kirk's family and friends.

G20 South Africa has a page on LinkedIn and a YouTube channel. Hopefully more will happen than just publicity during South Africa's leadership.

Productivity cannot exist in a Soviet Era Communist Mindset which increases salaries by 7% per annum in our government without any associated increase in productivity and no KPIs:

The USA has 30 cabinet ministers (secretaries) and deputies. South Africa has 75. South Africa's GDP is US$380 Billion. The USA's GDP is US$27.72 trillion, that's US$27,720 Billion. The USA's GDP is 73 times bigger than South Africa's and its cabinet is less than half the size. Amazon's turnover is $638 billion, 68% bigger than South Africa's GDP. Amazon employs about 1.5 million people. South Africa has about 41.4 million Working Age People.

Probably only 1.5 million people are paying the bulk of the tax in the South African economy, showing the immense inefficiencies here, as opposed a top organisation like Amazon. Why can't the South African government learn from companies like Amazon, how to run itself efficiently and effectively, and grow itself, without borrowing, every year?

Willem Petzer: Ref: https://youtu.be/omSDIgcfaOw?si=oxOX1...

Two Issues:

1) The South African government forgot to look at the calendar, and South Africa's top Ministers will be at the shooting club, instead of at the G20. A war is where someone takes someone else's property or country, something like expropriation without compensation, and wars "allow" millions of men to be murdered (legally), and women to be raped and women and children to be taken as slaves and hostages. A G20 is a group of nations working for the betterment of everyone, using economic and cultural ties, without war, which is the opposite of expropriation without compensation.

2) The South African government has decided to align itself with fast money, ie loans, which are knotting South Africans into debt for hundreds of years. Instead of the kind of capital investment that American and European companies make in South Africa, which are true investments, employing millions of local people, China, Iran, and others, don't invest. They colonise. What I don't understand is why South African has chosen to swop Western Colonisation, for Eastern Colonisation?

My 3 questions for anyone who wants to work with me: what is the VAT rate? What’s 15% of 100? If I’m doing 60 km per hour, how far will I go in 30 minutes? (From 1st May 2025, the second question will be What's 15.5% of 100).

Farming and Finance - Video 1 remastered (by me, removing the pauses and increasing the speed by 125% (1.25x))

“I’m earning a decent salary, but I’m really struggling with my finances, and at the end of the month I have nothing. How to save money; how to make investments; i don't have any investments; how to use my money wisely; financial tips; handling money and finances. What tips for me and other young people?"

This first answer is a broad macro view answer, a generic answer. The second answer which I will publish soon, will specially answer the question above.
