"I've noticed many of you connect deeply with the animal guides and ancient landscapes in my meditations. Do you see these more as stories, spiritual journeys, or something else? I'd love to hear how you describe this 'vibe'!"

There has always been so much hype over what to put in a thumbnail, and which thumbnail to include, and so I decided to try the A/B testing. Below are my submissions. Which one caught your eye?

This little tinker is finally available. With all the updates on YouTube lately, there seems to be a glitch in the uploading process, but thankfully by hook or by crook, I managed to find a way around it. The universe is on my side today! :)

Moss & Myth Meditations
I was looking back on the videos I had made, and can you believe it has been a year since I started Moss & Myth Meditations? It has been a whirlwind of emotions and a lot of spiritual growth for all of us! I hope you managed to keep up. I have absolutely loved creating each and every one of them. I also have loved reading your comments. They continue to inspire me and follow this journey.

Some questions for you…
When you look at the full moon, have you ever noticed the shape of a hare in its silver shadows?
Many cultures across the world tell stories of a Moon Hare living within the moon itself. In Chinese legend, the rabbit is said to live beside the moon goddess Chang'e, while Japanese folklore speaks of Tsuki no Usagi — a humble rabbit whose kindness lifted it into the heavens.
Closer to home, in old European folklore, the hare was often linked with the spring goddess Eostre. These mysterious animals were believed to move with the rhythms of the moon and the turning seasons, symbols of intuition, renewal, and quiet magic in the natural world.
I’m creating a new meditation inspired by these ancient stories for Moss & Myth Meditations.
✨ Would you follow the Moon Hare on a meditation journey?
And when you see the moon at night… what do you feel — calm, wonder, mystery, or something else?
