Guys I'm cooked.

[Health update]

I'm not sure if I have mentioned it before but it has been over a year that I have been having chest pains, not being able to tell if I was hungry until I literally start shaking or struggle to move, loss of appetite (food doesn't look appealing most of the time), I can't run for even 2 minutes without straining, and horrible stomach acidity.
All of this combined slowed my metabolism so my body can keep me alive. Though JUST eating won't solve the problem. Because after some research I found out I must immediately start having a strict diet. The worst part about it is that I can't finish anything. It requires me to eat crackers but only a few pieces or sips of gatorade to not upset my stomach and cause vomiting.

I'll try my best to keep this a steady diet until I am able to see a change in my appetite and overall well-being.

I'm sorry if this post is such a buzzkill but know that I will keep this channel alive and you guys' support means a whole lot to me.
