Mike Lee is at it again, folks. He's currently trying to have a provision removed in the Interior Appropriations bill that would PREVENT units of the National Park System from being sold off. This guy just won't quit....

UPDATE 12/29/25:
Mike Lee's amendment has been removed from the bill FOR NOW. The Interior Appropriations bill will still need to be voted on in the future, but we are out of the woods as of today. Yet another win for public lands and National Parks lovers, and another loss for those who would seek to take these places away from us. One would hope they'd get the message this time, but I'm fairly certain they won't...

Sorry for the delay on this one! Tried to get it out earlier in the week, but just needed a bit more time. This one's all about the Roadless Rule, which you may have heard about in the news recently. This video is basically an overview of the history of the rule, why it's important, and corrects some of the misconceptions you often see when the rule is discussed. I also give you some tools to help draft public comments in support of the rule, which are due by Friday, September 17th.

We're almost done with the states I've previously covered in shorts that I'm now remaking for long form. Indiana is often overlooked in the National Parks Department, but I want to showcase it's 3 very cool NPS Sites for you. I got some feedback from the SC video that y'all like more detail, rather than less, so even though there's only 3 sites in Indiana, I expanded each section to give you some good facts and info.
