Yes, in the past, it was the same for us. When we received the mold confirmation information from the clients, we were elated.
But since the overall market economy has become increasingly sluggish this year, our primary emotion has turned to worry. Watching the projects in the factory being completed one after another, yet new projects are constantly decreasing.
❗ A dispute arose when running the project. What we usually do is as follows:
1⃣ gather and compile all relevant issues. 📝
2⃣ each department convenes a meeting to deliberate on these compiled disputes and propose the most rational and cost-effective solution. 📝
3⃣ an appointed representative attends another meeting to discuss and ultimately confirm the chosen solution. 🖋
4⃣ an email 📧 is dispatched to the corresponding party while ensuring comprehensive communication with the responsible individual onsite in order to prevent any information omission.
5⃣ project manager continues to closely monitor progress in order to ensure smooth operations. 📍
Each team member played a pivotal role in successfully completing every project. 🔑

Since the second half of the year, every month we have been anxious about the arrival of new projects. This month is also the Christmas month. In another two months, China will celebrate the New Year. The market is facing the most severe winter in recent years. I wonder if spring will come after the winter passes?
