🎌 Hello & welcome back to another TravFit adventure! 💪
In Part 2 of our Japan journey, we dive deeper into this country's unique blend of tradition and modernity. We kick things off in Akihabara, Tokyo's hub for anime and electronics, before heading to Asakusa to visit the iconic Senso-ji Temple. Then, we get adventurous with a rare pufferfish tasting at Torafugu-tei Restaurant.
Next, we travel to Kyoto, where we explore the lively Nishiki Market and the scenic streets of the Higashiyama District. We hop on bikes to ride through Saga Toriimoto and cross the famous Togetsukyo Bridge. Our adventure continues to Nara, where we visit the majestic Tōdai-ji Temple and dive into Japan's tea culture at Kanbayashi Tea Store, which boasts over 400 years of history.
Back in Kyoto, we explore the impressive Kyoto Station and even pick up a handcrafted blade at Kunisige Cutlery Shop in Osaka. Of course, no trip would be complete without a food adventure on Dotonbori Street, where we stop for some iconic street food and a feast at Kani Doraku.
