BREAKTHROUGH: 60-second UVB therapy = 2 hours of perfect sunshine
After researching UV deficiency solutions, I found something incredible:
A targeted UVB device that delivers precise wavelengths in 1-2 minutes. No burning risk, app-controlled dosing, consistent results. here is the device capable of all this: lumanova.com/products/luma-d-light?bg_ref=AAaCKwE4…
Real results I'm tracking: ✅ Vitamin D levels DOUBLED in 2-4 weeks ✅ Energy improvements beyond what supplements provided ✅ Better sleep quality reported ✅ Works regardless of location/season
The concept: Small skin area exposure, controlled dose, maximum benefit.
🎯 Would you try 60-second UVB therapy over daily supplements? 💡 What's your biggest challenge with getting consistent sun exposure?
Here is a slide presentation I put together about all of this: drive.google.com/file/d/1W_fXgf-RB03zjmRAmeLD1w7fi…

🧬 SCIENCE FACT: Sunshine isn't just a vitamin D delivery system
Your body has evolved over millions of years to use specific UV wavelengths for metabolic processes that pills simply can't trigger.
Think about it: Our ancestors got consistent UVB exposure year-round. Modern humans? We're basically living in UV hibernation mode.
The result: Metabolic adaptations that affect EVERYTHING from immune function to hormone regulation.
Here's what I discovered about targeted UVB therapy... 🧵

🚨 HEALTH BREAKTHROUGH: The UV deficiency crisis affecting 80% of people
Everyone talks about Vitamin D supplements, but here's what they don't tell you:
Your body produces 15 DIFFERENT vitamin D metabolites from UVB light that no pill can replicate. We're not just vitamin D deficient - we're UV deficient.
After months of research, I found a solution that's changing everything for the people I know who've tried it.
🤔 Have you noticed vitamin D supplements aren't giving you the energy boost you expected? 💭 What if the problem isn't the supplement - but the delivery method?

The point of this video is to call attention the fact that NONE of these Red light/ infrared LED panel brands and options have NEVER had clinical studies or research proving they can induce a photo-chemical response signal cascade which can then impart various metabolic benefits. Here is my rebuttal type review video about these: https://youtu.be/mtSUZk3qWY4
There are well over 2,500 photobiomodulation studies (this is research evaluating how near infrared and red wavelengths effect the body on a cellular level)..we could be approaching 3,000 studies...and we learned EARLY ON in this research 25+ years ago that it's crucially important if you want a properly effective photo-chemical response in tissues that the LASER or LED device (usually hand held) should be administered right against the body or even pushed into the body.
Why? Because otherwise DEFLECTION, REFLECTION, SCATTERING of the lightwaves/photons over the distance and at the skin level and layer down in the dermis poses a major challenge in delivering adequate joules of energy. Too much energy is lost basically, depth of penetration too minor. You need enough energy to push the photons into the body.
All the photobiomodulation benefits discovered have NEVER been achieved shining LED lights at a distance from the body. It would be very difficult to even get anyone in the PBM industry of research to take such an application seriously or to acquire funding for such a study.
By the way there is also almost no research on using LEDs to treat the entire body. Is there enough out there to know it works? Yes. However when you look into these LED tanning bed types of setups (I spent 6 years doing this) then you learn that the MOST therapeutic part of that LED bed is the lights right behind the person they are laying on and it's crucially important those medical grade diodes be within 1-2 centimeters from the skin. CENTIMETERS. Did you read that? Not 6-36 inches.
It's even more complicated...depending on the glass or plexiglass, diode lens angle, pulse rate and more all of this can impact the effectiveness of delivery of the energy into the back side of the user.
Can LED panels at a distance 6-36 inches do anything? Sure. The red light getting into the eyes could help with circadian rhythms possibly and sleep. The red light could also help improve skin tone a bit but should be 6 inches not farther. However even with the latter...LEDs that you can lay on or put against the body more closely improve skin significantly better.
Warning DO NOT try to use these LED type panels closer than 6 inches they are unsafe not designed for that. There are other LED equipment out there I can guide you on that are safe if you want to use more closely. just email me fit4reviews@gmail.com
Go look up JOOVVs website and all their safety certifications...this company is scared about getting sued that's the main reason they got all of those. It's no joke again do not use these panels closer than 6 inches.
These panels are designed for minor skin benefits and warming your skin and warming your muscles. That's it. some people have more circulation when their body gets warm.
But you know what works better?
Exercise, a hot bath, sauna, laying in the sun etc laying on an infrared mat..you get the idea. There are better cheaper ways to improve circulation and warm your skin and muscles than fancy LED panels.
If you want to follow EXACT dosing protocols as designed and according to photobiomodulation research, you have to use a different kind of device properly built to specification and that can be used hand held onto the body in specific areas or sequence of treatment. Send me an email and I will recommend what these options would be. fit4reviews@gmail.com

Enterosgel is one of the best binders for digestive issues. Created few decades ago. Had a russian label and now english because it has become so popular lately. It's VERY full spectrum. In terms of a binder also that supports the liver it maybe the most impressive according to the research. you can do it almost non stop just make sure to take off a few days.

Near, Mid, Full Spectrum Saunas | Just a marketing Gimmick ?
Far Infrared saunas generate heat in your body as it is well absorbed by the water content in our skin. Absorption is the required dynamic to generate heat.
Mid-Infrared has a lower absorption rate and thus generates less heat. I have never seen any studies attributing any particular health benefits to Mid Infrared.
Near-Infrared generates almost NO heat. Its benefits are biochemical as it stimulates our cells' mitochondria to produce ATP energy to accelerate healing. Near-Infrared requires a strong intensity of the light energy, usually delivered with a laser or LED device very close to, or pressed into, our skin. NIR has a low absorption rate (thus little heat) but a high transmission rate (passes through our tissue).
Mounting Near Infrared devices on the wall of a sauna, such as a halogen tube heater and projecting the NIR into the air is unlikely to provide much therapeutic effect. The intensity of the light energy will be insufficient unless you can position the specific body part very close to the emitting device (which is actually dangerous to the skin and organs).
Furthermore, the transmission of Near-Infrared light into our tissue will be inhibited by the sweat on our skin in the sauna. For those interested in Near Infrared (or visible Red light) therapy this will be most effective with a specialized laser or LED device used separately from the Far Infrared sauna. Some of the best efficacy I have seen with Near infrared is administering it with a high intensity LED wrap where it can be in direct contact on the body. Look for a video soon on this. email me if you need and guidance on these kinds of products. fit4reviews@gmail.com

Someone requested a protocol for regenerating their eyes from a specific condition. I do this daily for people just reach out:
For this condition you'll need a combo of things. (I discount all of them FYI) fit4reviews@gmail.com
First peptides for the eyes: qisupplements.com/products/vision-3-plus-visual-sy…
qisupplements.com/products/a-11-retina-peptide-bio…
4 cycles your first year would be great ideally. Yea it's pricey but peptide therapy is some of the best thing you can do. Most people "see" results in their first month. Peptides produce results quickly for many conditions. It would be very wise to include the inner eye of the pineal gland and do the peptide Endoluten as well from the same company. Decline in eyes is also brain related and related to the glands of the eyes all regulated by the pineal gland in part. The Endoluten will amplify the other peptides. Do 3 - thirty day cycles your first year.
Combine this with the most proven PEMF on the market that is a Class 2 medical device in Europe with several hundred studies including some on treating eye conditions. QRS.com. This includes goggles that produce the waveforms that open up the small capillary type structures in the back of the eye. Also producing improved ion transport in cells of the eyes to restore ATP mitochondrial function which has a cascade effect to much to speak about on eye structures.
This improved ion transport also is the key for allowing proper cell to cell signaling which means your eye structures will utilize the peptides better.
There is a 6 month return window on this PEMF so if you don't get the results you can "see" can just send back. I offer discounts on this system and pay over time.
Last modality is hydrogen production of the gas in high flow rate...which you can see the goggles then funnel the gas into the eyes innergydev.com/products/inner-breath-hydrogen/
scroll down.
Hydrogen is so small it penetrates every single tissue type in the eye and in fact continues further going right into the brain that is one reason hydrogen can be so therapeutic. Inhaling through a nose cannula daily several hours would also be advised. I have access to machines that are at a higher flow rate than what you see at that link. I have access to 2 liter per min and 3 liter per min. If doing external application of hydrogen gas the higher flow rates are much superior to efficient therapeutic outcomes.
Lastly I would rub nano soma metasomer gel around your eyes and on eye lids twice a day: www.life-enthusiast.com/shop/nano-soma/?ref=129
This is a signaling molecule that works on the Nuclear receptors. In other words it's going into the nucleus of your cells all cells for all tissue types of the structures of the eyes! It's a unique small form of policosanol and again we have found it plays a crucial role in cell signaling but from nucleus out.
This is why it's one of the better all around medicinals/therapeutics. The oral spray version also has turned around a wide variety of eye conditions...which has never surprised me because I understand how it works and thus how the immune system can then repair whatever is needed.
This combo has turned around a wide variety of eye conditions within weeks. I can also 3x this protocol to make it even more sophisticated for stubborn chronic issues.
email me for questions or ordering or if you need any more custom protocols. What I put together very few practitioners can. fit4reviews@gmail.com

Some of you may be wondering are Near Infrared Saunas a Scam?
This is Not a clickbait attempt.. It's a genuine question because as you will see in my video (link at end) there are so many questions left unanswered and basically attempts by some sauna companies that use heat lamps "near infrared saunas" to claim they have efficacy and then cite third party research that was performed with traditional Finnish style saunas, infrared saunas (ceramic or carbon emitters), and photo biomodulation therapy (LASERS and LEDs non thermal light therapy). https://youtu.be/7r7XmWPCE4U
Don't want to watch my long video? Get some recommendations by emailing me fit4reviews@gmail.com and I'll answer any questions also. I work with many sauna companies. I was in the industry before these near infrared sauna companies even came around. I've also worked 10 years in the photo biomodulation category as well.
Bottom line without watching this video is that near infrared heat lamps are UNPROVEN in terms of Red Wavelength photobiomodulation therapy effects. They are UNPROVEN for the biological active window of 800nm-1000nm near infrared production in terms of trying to compare them to LASERS and LEDs which is a completely different method of delivering non thermal light both coherent photons and incoherent spectra. They are UNVALIDATED/UNPROVEN to give the same benefits as traditional finnish style saunas and also infrared wooden box style saunas using ceramic emitters or carbon emitters on the walls.
Is there near infrared put out by the lamps? Yes. The actual joules per second or joules per min hits the skin torso at 1mw per cm2. This is even far below the minimum required dosing protocols set for low level lasers which in my opinion is already underdosing when you look at the therapeutic outcomes possible with these kinds of devices. Also to obtain those laser benefits you have to push the laser into the tissue of the body!! So imagine 1mw at a distance 18 inches from a heat lamp. C'mon seriously?!
There are ZERO studies out of the close to 2,800 spanning 25+ years on LASER and LED (mostly LASER studies) that research on metabolic or photochemical responses in tissues and cells from a diode source that is placed a distance from the body.
Why?
Very early on studies and everyone that manufactured these devices along with the practitioners learned in proper training that they had to push the device onto the skin and tissue to deliver benefits because the power loss and thus skin reflectance from a light source at a distance pretty much negates the benefits.
So that measly 1mw heck even if it was 10mw at 10x more powerful, no expert in this photo biomodulation would expect there to be any health benefits either locally or systemically because the depth of penetration would be so poor due to low energy and the distance of the extremely incoherent light source (vs a LASER which is coherent).
If there was some safe way to use heat lamps a few inches away on the body maybe benefits would be possible but we can't do that because it will damage skin if too close and also can cause organ damage overheating organs and tissues. Don't do it! BTW that's not my claim that is decades old factory research who sell a wide variety of heater type elements for various purposes including where humans may be within a proximity (think outdoor or space heaters)
Near infrared sauna companies try to claim all these light benefits but they are unrelated to their thermal heat lamps. These near infrared sauna companies have made tons of money and will not even attempt a cheap or free case study with one of their many practitioners who have their equipment. Why don't you think they would attempt to see if their heat lamps had some health benefits that were even similar to a sauna or LASER or LED?
Why?
They think very little of the consumer they think they can spout BS mumbo jumbo physics techy talk wear blue light blocking glasses and get some podcast interviews with health influencers then get them setup as affiliates and then more sucker consumers will purchase their grossly overpriced bulbs and tent (which once upon a time was priced more around $500 and at that price they would still make a great profit)
Near infrared sauna companies also fail to cite or explain in any way how a user could get the same or similar benefits with their "saunas" versus a traditional finnish sauna or infrared wood box style sauna with ceramic emitters or carbon emitters. Near infrared sauna companies cite studies performed with those kinds of saunas but the method and approach to that kind of hyperthermia therapy is completely different than sitting with your body partially exposed to heat lamps surrounded by a tent. It's different for many reasons.
It Really frustrates me the games some of these companies play with consumers. And guess what...you'll see this with EWOT, PEMF, Whole body LED beds, and lots of other product categories. Makes sure to catch my video here:
