Peu importe comment on l’appelle, une chose est sûre : la banane plantain est la reine incontestée de nos tables. Qu’elle soit frite, grillée, épicée ou fondante, elle nous met tous d’accord !
De l’Alloco ivoirien au Makemba Congolais, chaque pays apporte sa touche unique et ses secrets de préparation. La banane plantain grillée est désormais bien plus qu’un plat, c’est une part de notre identité !
