I would usually just be proud of that myself and tell my mum or my other pals that struggle with similar, and let’s get real- that’s going to be alot of you too!

I spent literally alllllllllll day working through a to do list 📋 ☑️ in general of tasks I usually put off, phonecalls mainly but I actually love phonecalls when I’m in the mood and just got on with it!

Not gonna lie I feel kinda lump in my throat proud of myself 🥹but also a bit upset that it takes so much energy to do stuff 😭 other people take for granted …not one to victim mode when it comes to what I struggle with but I feel guided to just share. I know it’s some of you too 💔🫶🏻

Ironic I help other people with debts and to do lists, and even physical clutter and some won’t have a scooby do I get just as overwhelmed ! And even when I share it so openly all people see with Aries ♈️ is “auch -yes they can!” 🙄

This just went off on Spirit ✨ alarm ⏰-and it literally goes off on that song at least once a day 😆 but it made me laugh today because yesterday my 6 year old niece begged us not to put 🎬 The Greatest Showman on, almost about to 😭 🤔I’m guessing my other niece has been having it on repeat 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🔂 🤣🤣

Happy Easter 🐣

I’m elated that I’ve just finished another 7 day fast 🙌🏼 [my 4th one!]
God always has my back- I didn’t find it hard at all, the last time I found it a bit harder than before and I feel it was symbolic of how many people were struggling, so hopefully that’s a good sign I found it easy!- it just gets boring, and makes me realise how much I eat when I’m bored 😑

I of course kept you all in my prayers to break free ⛓️‍💥 of whatever is holding you back 🙏🏻, and also my own intentions-which I’ve smashed 🎯 💯
I will enjoy feeling slinky for a few days 🤭 [weight fluctuates when you start eating again obvs] but to be fair I’m gonna work hard and exercise to stay this weight because it’s what I’m meant to be💪🏻🔥

Remember I’m not doing this for a laugh- it’s the health benefits [I got my time of the month in which I’m usually doubled up in pain, had zero pain! 😯 2nd time that’s happened when fasting!], the mental clarity and overall wellbeing, and it’s also a survival skill in these times 😬
If the food runs out I got a back a plan for a few days😅I’m sure it won’t get that drastic but good to be prepared!

Now you don’t need to be able to go that long, because I’ve been fasting for 15 years but it’s wise to attempt some type of intermittent fasting at least and work your way up!
I can support you with where to start in sessions if you feel guided 🙏🏻

Thankfully the wind 🌬️ wasn’t too bad- heard a wheelie bin having a wee ride around the block in the wee hours 😆 I hope others didn’t get it too bad 🙏🏻 -especially the Irish 🇮🇪 sis bros!
