💜 💬 “During my session today with Claire, we connected with my inner child to uncover the reason for my addiction to chips, in particular Doritos. I would eat entire bags without stopping. I had a feeling already that it was tied to needing comforted, but the hypnosis session revealed so much more about the reason and allowed me to finally let it go. It was tied to my Dad and not seeing him much as a child due to his issues with alcoholism. He would give us treats that we didn't usually get, so I associated the treats with comfort and seeing him. I also found that I use them as a reward for working hard. Claire walked me through an exercise of throwing out the Doritos bag and I felt a huge weight lift off of me. I felt that I could finally be done with them. The hypnosis shifted something that has loomed over me for almost a lifetime. I have done deep inner work with Claire and others, and on my own that has prepared me to get to this point. But this session was pivotal. I feel that I can now move forward without this "monster in my closet."

I took an even bigger step by booking a block of sessions for counselling. It was a great move for me. The weight of years and years of trauma was lifting as the words left my mouth. Did I have fear ? yes, but that was normal as Claire said. I worked through the years and released what I have been carrying. I felt lighter and lighter. I finally had the courage and strength to start a new life. Fast forward 18 months later I was still getting anxiety about speaking up but no where near as bad before I started therapy.
I always was not letting go (forgiving) people that have caused me trauma.
I done a course with Claire on detoxing of four areas of my life, mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. On the one session Claire done a past life regression. I was amazed what came out. On my recent past life I was a lady that never spoke up and was summoned to silence. Rest her soul she died as a lonely old lady with no one by her side. The life before that, I was a male who had an amazing life even though I was orphaned as a child. I met an amazing woman who I adored. She filled my heart ❤️ I was heart broken when she passed at a young age.
I never went on to meet anyone else as she was my sweet heart. I lived the rest of my life out not forgiving myself for not marrying her.
Now I have answers for my current life in not speaking up, and not forgiving others who betrayed me. Finally my life lessons make sense so I can work on them.
