Hello soul fam 🥰

I hope you all had a nice weekend, I had mostly a heavy heart 😔 with all the people going through loss in our soul family 💔 I’ve been keeping you all in my prayers 🙏🏻
I managed to sleep a lot and calm my nervous system that way. I’ve also been distracting myself from the whole not eating for 7 days 🫠

This third time round I found it much harder, I was really hungry at some points- I feel it reflects some of the challenges people are in to beat addictions ⛓️‍💥 don’t give up if that’s you 💪🏻 Visualise the healthy version of you! Just like I’m visualising me maintaining the weight I aim be 🎯

Last of Scorpio ♏️ moon 🌙 right now for next 30 min and very poignant that I just found the bumble bee 🐝 I saw in the kitchen and told him to go through the bathroom window 🪟 🤭 looking rather lifeless on the floor 😔
Turns out he had some fight left some I scooped him up and helped him out the window, hoping I go back and he’s flew off! 🐝 🙏🏻

Bees have many meanings but it always reminds me of Jupiter Ascending 🎬 -spiritual royalty! 💜 👑
Someone even picked up on that in a personal reading once 🥰
Maybe you’re going up in the spiritual ranks 😇 which really just means stay humble and keep as you were 😆🙏🏻

I’ve managed to calm myself down talking back and forth via email with Tahnee, text cousin, bestfriend and my called my mum 🙏🏻 sorry if that’s unsettling to watch, I watched it back and sobbed again it is distressing 😔 but it’s a tragic accident 💔

This card fell on the floor when I was leaving the livingroom [because I wasn’t about to be pulling cards on this-doesn’t feel right] but it’s unbelievable how relevant this is 🥹😭🙏🏻

I mentioned lastnight but when I do my longer fast and praying 🙏🏻 I do that to help anyone in pain, and particularly anyone with negative attachments ⛓️‍💥 , addictions ☠️ bad habits etc, if you’d like me to pray for you-email 📧 and I will keep you in my thoughts, and will keep it private-if you’re too shy to do that talk to your guides and God and set the intention to receive and it will work, because it’s also distant shamanic healing, reiki I’m doing 🫶🏻

And please keep Susanne and everyone affected, in your prayers 😔 so much loss this month for our beautiful soul fam💔

With the tragedy that has happened there is also a miracle-it’s just still very heartbreaking as a young teen has passed to spirit 😔 perhaps she was needed as an angel 🪽 but I’m sure her family won’t feel that way 😭 I won’t share anything else unless given permission, it just feels like I should let people know what was so upsetting 😢

If the family are open to support in time I will be happy to do that but they will need to grieve 🙏🏻

This woke me up for the session, and I thought wow that's like the messages lastnight; it gets better, the client today told me he used to specifically sing THAT song to her having a laugh 🤣😭🥹😍he made that song go off!! 🎵 🎶

I got full body chills!

Mercury was retrograding- and the connecting was getting fcked up, but he at least he got some stuff said and we will resume that next week !
