Palm Sunday Holy Week

The week that changed your life and the world forever. Palm Sunday is the Sunday before Easter that begins the Holy Week. It is the day that we remember and celebrate the day Jesus entered Jerusalem as Savior and King. As Jesus rode a donkey into Jerusalem, a large crowd gathered and laid palm branches and their cloaks across the road, giving Jesus royal treatment. The hundreds of people shouted, "Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest heaven.

Sundays word of Enlightenment

When you are careless and reckless with your prayer life you are ungrateful and unthankful to God; leaving yourself open to trauma and suffering. There are consequences to the lack of prayer it can lead to confusion and anxiety fear and turmoil. How can you help yourself get out of this complacency comfort zone ? and begin to seek the lord. Prayerlessness is a disease. Prayerlessness is a sin against God because it hinders His purposes and prevents Him from accomplishing His mighty work. The bible tells us here about Samuel Moreover, as for me, far be it that I should sin against the Lord by ceasing to pray for you” (1 Samuel 12: 23).

Prayerlessness is sin because it is failing to obey God’s prayer commands. In Luke 18:1 Jesus told His disciples, and He tells us, that we ought to pray at all times and not to lose heart. Mark 14:38, “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit truly is willing, but the flesh is weak.” This says to me that if we don’t keep praying our armor is useless and even the great sword of the spirit becomes dull. Prayerlessness is definitely sin because it is a rejection of the protection that God offers us.

Today i urge you to choose a path for yourself a prayerful life and reject the path of pride and evil. John 5:14 Expresses confidence that God will hear requests made in accordance with his will
