Do you ever wonder how you can duplicate yourself?

Many people believe that in order to duplicate yourself, you need to hire a (bigger) team.

Here are better ways to duplicate yourself:

📌Create training for your employees. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy; just start writing down everything you do in the process, record videos over Loom, and give them to your team. Figure out the process, delegate, and repeat.

📌Create a digital product based on what you know. If someone is paying you right now to consult them or even complete a service, there will be people who will pay you for a course or a Masterclass on the topic.

📌Set up email automation. We create content for our YouTube channel almost daily, which brings thousands of people to our website. They then sign up for our Free Masterclass that teaches them how to avoid making mistakes that cost us $150K. After they sign up, they get amazing value and can choose to buy our course or our services. There’s no way we would be able to serve this many people without automation.

Duplicate yourself and reap rewards, or get left behind. You choose.
