I received a call from one of my clients who moved to the US today. His wife got a PhD in the US and this sponsored the entire family.
My point is that pursuing a PhD is another opportunity to explore. You can apply for global talent visa during or after your studies in the UK or EB2 in the US.

I have lived in the UK for 10 years+, and my ILR was rejected, so I’ll have to leave this Jan.
I’m 29, property manager.
In that time I have:
- received 2 degrees (Bch +Msc)
- built 3 companies that hire British residents with yearly revenue of £350-400k
- bought a property on 35 year mortgage
- received multiple industry awards
- passed life in the UK exam
- spent here well over £250,000 on visas, tuitions, and varies form of taxes.
I guess, I’m the problem to British economy 😒
My application (paid £6k) got rejected because in 10 years I’m only allowed to leave the UK 🇬🇧 for 548 days, and my absence was 602 days.
This is because I had to fly back home during Covid-19 lockdown as I had serious health issues.
