Following your passion as a migrant is dangerous if it doesn’t give you what you need.
Passion is good but something even better is paying your bills, paying for your visa fees and giving your family a safe and happy environment to grow.
The government’s minimum salary thresholds for jobs has no respect for your passion.
Learn to love or be passionate about whatever takes care of you and your family. Show up consistently and give quality service.
It doesn’t mean you should stay in a toxic work environment. Change your work place by exploring the job market for opportunities.
You are lucky if your passion is in high demand, pays high income to meet the salary threshold and takes care of your family.

Contact the Home Office and get clarity on your situation.
Learn to show clear evidence of where you got your information from if you are denied ILR due to issues like this. That is why I show you a government website link for any news I share.
Consult a well-grounded immigration lawyer as some immigration advisor are confused too and give conflicting advice based on this.
Your dependents can run a company, you might have to give control to your business to your dependents to avoid all these issues.
